FEAST OF TABERNACLES

.

This ordinance regarding the Feast of Tabernacles is observed because its biblical. There is a time and season for everything. Feast of Tabernacles definitely falls under the verse at Matthew 23:3 "All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do...." I agree even though Jesus came to fulfill the Law and testimonies of the prophets with a new covenant that to adhere to the 10 Commandments and all that the Lord instructed was vital. My reason for this is not based on the former biblical verse, but because of this verse in John 7:39 "(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because Jesus was not yet glorified.)" Now that He has been glorified it's vital that we give Jesus the last word because of this verse spoken of by our Father/Elohim in Matthew 17:5 ".... This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him." Now Jesus no doubt attended the F.O.T., but he never commanded us to in His new covenant. Most think that a new covenant includes everything in the old covenant, not true! A new covenant may include and add to that which exist in the existing covenant, and has to then be documented / spoken of by The Son of God. Now forget all the ordinance you may have been ordained to observed and listen to what God is commanding you to do in this age and time: "This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him." Where did Jesus say to observed the F.O.T. as He did the Passover ("As often as you do this, do it in remembrance of me.") Nowhere! so it is not part of the New Covenant. And I'm not judging, just clearly defining why I do not concern myself with that which is outside of the Holy Spirit. At the time Jesus attended the F.O.T. the Holy Spirit that was to be given was not yet and when it was the F.O.T. was not included.

"Go out to all the nations, teaching....."
